For therapists in California:

• Paid Time Off (PTO) – Up to two weeks of Paid Time Off! Our plan is annual and based on an employee's anniversary date; PTO hours are available for use as soon as they are earned.

• 401(k) Plan – Allows pre-tax deductions up to 20% of salary for investment in the 401K Plan, plus a company match. Flexibility to contribute more (80-90%) is available, but we strongly recommend that the individual speak to a tax and/or financial advisor prior to doing so.
