Melanie Reiten

Melanie Reiten is President and Founder of Preferred Healthcare Registry, Inc. Melanie possesses a unique background well-suited for her leadership role that combines medical services, business management, client services, staffing and employment.

Melanie has been in therapy staffing and general employment staffing since 1986 and has owned Preferred Healthcare Registry, Inc. since its inception in 1994. As the founder and owner of Preferred Healthcare Registry, Inc., Melanie has overseen all the strategic growth and innovation at Preferred that allows Therapists and Clients to be part of the best and most respected therapy registry service in California. Melanie has been responsible for the direction of all functions related to accomplishing Preferred’s goals and implementation of industry-leading policies.

Melanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications with a Minor in Psychology from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota. Melanie is a Silver member of California Staffing Professionals (CSP), the American Staffing Association (ASA), Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM), active in Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), a member of the Occupational Therapy Association of California (OTAC), Business Partner of the California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA) and Corporate Member of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association (TOTA).
